This could be anyone you know a parent, friend, sibling, network contact so long as their job is not in IT. Conduct an interview with them as if you represent a junior IT employee in their company. In your interview, document their answers to the following questions: What is your role within your department and what are your day-to-day tasks? What are the pain points or frustrations you face with the technology you use in your day-to-day role? What could the IT team do to help you resolve or reduce these pain points?
