Part 1

Using the company/organization you described in Capstone Project Part 1, answer the following questions:

Identify the diversity of scheduling applications used in your organization. Your answer should include the following:

1. How does the company use Materials Resource Planning to manage inventory while balancing product/service demand?
2. Summary of bill of materials specifically include a definition of the concept along with an example of how this is used in your organization.
3. How does the organization manage revenue? When answering this question, ensure that you incorporate terms and concepts discussed in Chapter 18 into your response.
