In this assignment you will work on an individual basis. You are required to select any organization, department or job category (private or public) and give brief background on recruitment process in this organization.

Task 1:

Then you need to carry out the following tasks:

a) Forecast the organization, department or job categorys human resources requirements and availability using statistical techniques.

b) Compare/Reconcile the forecasted HR requirements with availability to determine gaps. In case of shortage or surplus suggest strategies and actions that organization might take.

c) Suggest, at least two internal and two external recruitment methods/sources and explain why you have chosen them.
