For Pt. 2 - Write about how you have observed "hurry, noise, and crowds" being an obstacle to spiritual formation in today's world. Show special emphasis on your understanding of the importance of silence, stillness, and solitude along with which is easiest and which is most difficult for you. Then, finish with your engagement of why Christian spiritual formation esteems spiritual disciplines as intentional practices.
