Descriptive statistics:

The attached dataset from KC house data includes data on house sales. Based on this file (you need no additional information), create an executive report to describe and summarize some elements of your choice from the data (take the data from the chart and create any report you want). You may take the perspective of your choice. (examples: you want to invest in real estate, to sell your house, to retire to the region, to move your headquarters, you are simply looking for an overall description...)

The report should contain at least:- an introduction- a table with descriptive statistics of your choice- a chart of your choice- a conclusion or recommendations.The statistics that you choose have to be relevant to your purpose and presented professionally. The Reference and the rest are left to your discretion.
