a. Looking at the level 0 design, identify the number of inputs going into the block and the number of outputs from the block (2.5)
b. Provide the truth table for this circuit. (Truth table doesn't need to be typed in here, it may be worked out in the paper and submitted) 5 points.
c. Obtain the simplest implementation of this code converter through the use of K-maps. Here, provide the simplified function expression for each of the outputs of the code converter you have obtained through K-map simplification (10 points)
