Design a Change management plan. Select an example from your own experience or from credible sources of an organization that requires "change" in its structure, processes and climate. Use the lessons from this course to draft a comprehensive change management plan.

Note: I have chosen a coaching class which they take inperson classes and my suggestion for change is to move to online platform for the classes, they have IELTS, CELPIP, CELBAN and english speaking coaching in their course shell.

so my question is how can I suggest structure, process and climate for this organization.
