Design a Change management plan. Select an example from your own experience or from credible sources of an organization that requires "change" in its culture, structure, systems/processes, or climate. Use the lessons from this course to draft a comprehensive change management plan. Include an introduction outlining the situation and need for change, an Analysis of the culture, structure, systems, and climate of the organization, a Plan to implement change including the type(s) of approaches to be used, the vision for change, and other important factors in leading change. Finally provide a Risk assessment of what can derail the change plan and what can support it, and what mitigation strategies you will use to deal with unfavorable risks.
