Design a circuit to control a basic traffic intersection signal. The purpose of the traffic light is to dictate to traffic when to stop and when it's safe to proceed. To accomplish this there are two light signals each one controlling the flow of traffic on one of the two intersecting streets. At the same time there needs to be signals to make any person aware when to cross any of the streets also when it's safe and unsafe to cross the streets. The walk or dont walk signal will be controlled only by the traffic light there no request to cross button for the pedestrians. (It automatically changes with the lights)

Each of the traffic lights consist of three colored lights Red for Stop, Yellow for the light transitioning from green to red, and Green indicates it is safe to proceed forward. Both of the traffic lights can never be green at the same time. Each of the pedestrian crossing lights consist of a White safe to cross light, a flashing Red light indicating it is about to be unsafe to cross and a steady Red light indicating it is not safe to cross the street.
