The café has only three employees: your friend (who is also the owner), and two baristas. Any of them can take the order, prepare the order, and collect payment from the customer. 

For example, your friend may take the order. Barista 1 then prepares the order. Barista 2 collects the money. It all depends on who is available. Since it's just a small café, it only sells coffee and tea related products and no food items. Currently, the store does not have a loyalty program so no customer information is collected at this time?
