Design a structured text program to mark defective parts for removal from the assembly line. A simplified diagram of the station is shown below. If PDEFECT is on when the part passes the PROX5 proximity sensor, then the part must be marked with a 1-second pulse of spray paint. It takes parts 3.5 seconds after being sensed by PROX5 to be in position to be marked. PROX5 turns off when a part is sensed. Assume that PROX5 will be off for at least one program scan but do not make further assumptions in regards to the off time. Also assume that the next part will not be sensed until the defective part has had time to be marked.
