Design an OB Study

Review the appendix on Scientific Methods in Organizational Research from BCcampus OpenEd linked below.

Once you have reviewed this appendix, identify a problem in it, and formulate a plan of scientific study to address it, including proposed interventions and their desired impact based on hypothesized results.

At a minimum, you should:

1. Formulate and describe a theory that meets the standard for a good theory in this appendix. This theory should be based in relevant literature with at least two relevant academic sources.

2. Formulate and describe your hypothesis(ses)

3. Identify and describe the independent, dependent, and potentially intervening extraneous variables and how you intend to observe and measure them empirically

4. Identify and defend the type of research design you are using to study this problem, and defend this choice

5. Hypothesize the results you believe you might observe and suggest a planned intervention on the basis of them, and what you hope to achieve.
