Design and explain how you will implement and evaluate your quality improvement plan. Provide details laid-out in your objectives through actions steps. Describe teams and/or a committee/task force that are required to implement the quality improvement plan (e.g., who are they and what are their functions). Provide details about the way you will measure the objectives. The following should be included in the Methods section of the quality improvement proposal: Methods Implementation methods Describe personnel Detail who they are and their functions Why are teams/task force/committees needed How will you study the intervention (e.g., PDSA) How will you measure the process or outcomes from the intervention (e.g., surveys, interviews, data collection) This section of the proposal should include an ethical perspective based on your Christian worldview. Use at least one scripture to support your ethical perspective.
