Using the Internet, do a search using the search term "TOP GLOBAL BRANDS." Locate at least three sites that list the top ten or twenty global brands. You should see organizations such as Fortune, Financial Times, Brandz, and Interbrand as options and these are a good place to start.

Analyze the information found in your Internet research. Using a Microsoft Word document, present your responses in a well$-$developed and organized manner. Number responses as appropriate and observe rules of spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. Please cite all sources properly that have been used for outside research using MLA guidelines. When comparing the various lists of top global companies or brands, you will find some differences between the lists. Identify the differences you observed when comparing each list.

What firms or brands did you expect to see that were not there? Were there any firms or brands listed that were a surprise to you? Why do you think that is the case?

Does a particular industry or country seem to be on the move? Why do you think that is$?$

What information in your research on the TOP GLOBAL BRANDS surprised you? Why?

Consider what the answers to these questions tell you about today's global economy. How would you expect the answers to change over the next decade? Why?
