c$)$ Develop the FSM running the traffic light for Side St based on design for Main St$.$ given in part b

d$)$ For Peak Hours of $8$:$00$ am to $9$:$30$ am$,11$:$30$ am to $1$ pm and $4$ pm and $5$:$30$ pm$,$ develop a different FSM for Main St$.$ The waiting time for amber is four seconds, while for green varies based on number $($vehicles counted divide by $4)+1,$ The vehicle count would vary between $0$ and $127$ and Side St$.$ of between $0$ and $127.$ Presume neither streets will count more than $127$ vehicles.

e$)$ Develop a digital circuit of the FSM to operate at peak hours. Note you don$$t need to keep track of the actual peak hours.
