Develop a management structure for an aviation maintenance organization.

INSTRUCTIONS You must include the following: the type of organization with an overview of the type of maintenance operations and appropriate federal regulation/part under which it operates; major management leadership with responsibility descriptions (to include at least three levels); an organizational chart; and an overview of seven policies and procedures to oversee seven topics covered in the class. (Note: While it is impractical to write detailed procedures for every policy which must be in place for such an organization, the policies need to be sufficient enough to demonstrate understanding of the major issues to be addressed within the organization.)
