Develop a networking plan for the next 12 months. Within your plan, include the following:

a.Articulate the networking objectives you aim to achieve (ensure these are measurable). You should consider objectives for each network. Your objectives should relate to development of your knowledge and skills and should also include opportunities to promote your organisation/industry or to provide benefits to others.

b.Detail the networks that are part of your plan and the reasons you have chosen to include them.

c.List the strategies you will use to develop and strengthen your identified networking opportunities.

d.Describe the behaviours you will demonstrate with new contacts in order to gain and maintain their trust and confidence.

Detail the written and verbal methods of communication you could use to communicate with your new networks, including consideration of the issues, policies and practices that could affect the relationship.
