Develop a plan that includes the four areas $($selection$,$ training, performance appraisal, and compensation$)$ in order to get Boeing back on track. What I mean by "back on track" is that government won't need to impose constant oversight, employee engagement and morale will improve considerably and trust in the organization will be restored.
