Develop a Quality Management Plan project to create a website for launching a new product.

1. Introduction explain the quality portion of the project.
2. QMP Scope Statement What will the Quality Program be accomplishing? This is different that the Project Scope of Work.
3. Quality Reference Documentation Are there other project documents that the QMP will need to reference?
4. Regulatory Codes and Standards What codes, standards, or specifications will the QMP be following?
5. Project Scope of Works What is the Project Scope of Work? This information would be the same as the Scope of Work for the Project Management Plan.
6. Include additional sections if necessary to clarify the QMP:
   1. Control of Documents and Data;
   2. Management Responsibility;
   3. Design Quality Management;
   4. Construction Quality Management;
   5. Lines of Communication;
   6. Non-Conformance Reports and Preventative Action Reports, etc.
