DEVELOP A STRATEGY FOR THE DEPARTMENT $/$ DIVISION $/$ SECTION

Complete the tasks and provide workplace evidence to show that you have done the following:

a$)$ Submit a summary of your organisation$$s strategic plan.

b$)$ Analyse the strategic plan submitted, highlighting the relevant key points, with a view to aligning the operations of your section $/$ department with it$.$

c$)$ Submit the mission and vision statements of your organisation.

d$)$ Submit the mission statement of your section $/$ division $/$ department.

e$)$ Develop a strategy for your section $/$ division $/$ department that reflects the mission statement and strategic plan of the organisation. Set objectives that are clear and reflect the mission statement for the department $/$ division $/$ section.

f$)$ Submit your departmental $/$ divisional $/$ sectional objectives to your supervisor, who must sign and date them to verify that they are relevant and will contribute to the achievement of the strategic plan.

g$)$ Have a meeting with stakeholders in the process of developing action plans for the department $/$ division $/$ section. Submit the agenda and minutes which must clearly show that you have involved them in the process of developing action plans for the department $/$ division $/$ section.
