Use the framework to compare different products $($or technologies or processes or strategies$)($as shown in Fig $1$ of Naicker & Thopil$)$ that your organisation currently offers. Identify a set of balanced criteria across the range of STEEP factors specific to your products $($or technologies or processes or strategies$),$ captured within the framework. Discuss and justify the choice of your criteria.
