Organization Description - In a paragraph, briefly describe the organizational context. Include key factors such as the organization's industry, products and services, size, location(s), etc. 1. Stakeholders and Requirements For your organization, identify the specific stakeholder segments for each of the six stakeholder categories discussed in Chapter 2 of the [Re]Create text, including customers, workforce, suppliers and partners, investors, society, and the natural environment. For each stakeholder segment, identify the key requirements the stakeholder has of the organization. Include how the organization knows how well it is meeting those stakeholder requirements. 1 2. Stakeholder System Develop a diagram and a description of the diagram that identifies the inter-relationships (connections) between the stakeholder segments identified in Section 1. Describe the relationships (connections) between the stakeholder segments identified in the previous section. For example, describe how a highly qualified and engaged workforce influences customer satisfaction. Describe how customer satisfaction influences revenue and investor satisfaction. So on and so forth. Work on developing a description of the "flow" of value through the system. Diagram the relationships identified in the "Description" section. Include labels on the arrows describing the relationships connecting the stakeholder segments. 3. Leverage Points and Recommendations Based on the system of stakeholder segments and their connections presented in the previous section, analyze and identify the leverage points in the system. Then, use the Meadows (1999) paper to support your analysis of the leverage points and provide additional insights into the nature of the leverage points identified. Identify the associated opportunities for improvement. Make your analysis and the justification for your recommendations for improvement explicit. References Support your discussions and critical analysis with solid management literature and research references. Include a list of your references formatted according to APA guidelines. Include all references that you cite in the paper, and include ONLY those references cited in the paper.
