Develop a website using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for a photographer.

1. The site must be responsive, it must adapt to being used on a computer and mobile device.
2. The page layout must have clearly defined sections such as header, navigation bar, footer, etc. You must use external cascading styles heels to ensure all pages use the same layout structure.
3. The Navigation bar must contain the following links:
a. Home
b. About
c. Services
d. Contact

4. The link(a to d) must open new web pages when clicked. The Services link must include a collection of pictures. when the user clicks on an image, that selected image must be enlarged and displayed in the middle of the screen.
5. The footer must contain your name on the left, email in the center, and phone number on the right.

a. Home page:
• The page must have a good layout, text sizes, fonts, and images that are appropriately combined.
• The page layout must have clearly defined sections such as header, footer, etc. All the pages MUST use the same layout structure.
• Include any text or graphics on the Home page.
• The Home page should have a top navigation bar with links to the About, Services, and Contact Us pages.
• The links(Home, About, Services, and Contact Us) open new pages.
• Appropriate, uniform styles to distinguish hover, click, etc., on the links.
• The footer contains contact information such as name, email address, and phone number.

c. Services
• The layout of this page must be similar to the layout of the home page.
• The page should contain information about the services you are offering.

d. Contact
• The layout of this page must be similar to the layout of the home page.
• An invitation form inviting visitors to sign up as customers. The form must validate user input and only submit when the user has populated all fields.
• A form that captures Contact details and a short text message from the user and emails the information to you. In this form, users may enter any message, e.g., a request for you to contact them or a question.
