Develop an Inclusive Workplace Plan (Appendix 1) with three strategies which could be used to promote and foster Diversity and inclusion in a Community Service's workplace. One of the strategies will include suggestions for a Diversity policy. Include in your Inclusive Workplace Plan the following: An outline of a Diversity event which could be held in the workplace A description of Diversity training which could be held for staff Two items that could be included in a Diversity Policy in the workplace
