The image/chart must contain between 4 and 6 factors including scaling labels (4 is ideal).
No more than 2 can be taken from the example (they are team size, geographic distribution, organizational distribution, skill availability, compliance, solution complexity, and domain complexity). You may change the labels on the scale as appropriate.
2-4 factors must be original and relevant to your project and include scale labels.
Plot the complexity of your project (identify what scale label for each factor the recommendation represents to the organization).
Provide a summary of considerations and highlights discussed (point form is acceptable as long as they are clear).
Review competencies 7(Leadership),1A, and 1B (Business Practices) and identify 1 experiential competency ability most relevant to the goals and complexity the organization is likely to face. Explain why the team made this selection and offer an example of how your recommendation will integrate the application of that ability. Use the OKR, SMART Goals and complexity factors to help guide.
Identify which group members were present/absent during class and provide a summary (bullet points) of each team member's contributions.
