| This part of the project requires you to develop personal health and wellbeing management strategies and implement them. Specifically, you are required to:
Resources Required: To complete this project, you will need access to the following:
Relevant personnel can be Work Health and Safety officers, workplace therapists, etc.
Organisational resources can be the organisational structure for WHS officers, recreational activities, recreational spaces, etc. |
Task 2.1 Develop Personal Health and Wellbeing Plan

Examples of personal work schedule documents are timesheet, project tracker, etc.
Strategies must be based on the completed Health and Wellbeing Analysis and Research Log.
The activities must help manage your physical health and mental wellbeing. They must align accordingly with each relevant strategy.
Key Performance Indicators must be written using SMART criteria. These refer to KPIs that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely.

You must leave the actual date and actual outcome columns blank. These will be completed in Task 2.3.
Competing demands are workplace activities with schedules that can conflict with the physical health and mental wellbeing activities identified. These must be based on the work tasks included in the personal schedule reviewed in Step 1.
To create the timeframe, do the following:
For example, fourweeks from Monday to Sunday.
Make sure the activity and its competing demand do not conflict with each other. |
