Question: Develop the project schedule in the table provided. Louise wants to see all the phases, work packages, and milestones ( if deemed necessary ) ,

Develop the project schedule in the table provided. Louise wants to see all the phases, work packages, and milestones (if deemed necessary), for the work to be done to deliver the end-of-programme event.
Despite the detailed instructions, this is not a complex project, so Louise wants only a two-level WBS. The first level (i.e. below the project name) must use the following WBS components (WBS IDs and names): 1. Planning and approval; 2. Execution; 3. Braai; and 4. Close out. Note that these WBS components represent the four project phases. The second level (i.e. below each phase name) will comprise all the work packages for the project.
The total number of work packages for the entire project must not exceed 20. Note that milestones do not count as work packages. Apart from the four project phases specified in the previous point, you have complete freedom to insert whatever work packages you feel are necessary to deliver the project.
Ensure that your smallest time units are specified in whole days, i.e. whole numbers. For example, do not use 0.5 day or 1.25 days. If the effort is less than one day, then round up to one full day. This may require you to aggregate small tasks into tasks that are big enough to require a full day of work; however, be mindful of over-aggregating and/or hiding important tasks.
For each task, ensure the following:
Determine its sequence by indicating its predecessor(s);
Allocate resources as needed;
Estimate the effort of each resource specified; and
Establish the projects schedule with start and end dates for each task.
In your project schedule:
Update the table provided to produce your own project schedule for Louises review and approval.
Ensure that all project data is complete by inserting new data, as well as deleting and updating existing data where necessary.
You are not required to keep or reuse any of Denvers project data make this project plan your own and re-work any or all sections as you see fit.
Answer length limits apply: You could miss valuable mark earning opportunities if you do not comply with the instructions, for example, excessive work packages might be ignored for assessment purposes. There should be sufficient rows in the tables, provided you comply with the instructions and replace Denvers project data. Do not add rows or change the tables row heights, column widths, font sizes, etc.
However, you may change the bold, italics and justification (e.g. indenting or centring) of fonts to format your tasks neatly.
