The problem addressed through this project is the difficulties faced by both doctors, patients even the helpdoc healthcare center in building interaction with each other as well as difficulties face by doctors in treating patients and the difficulties faced by patients in meeting doctors and taking treatments accurately and effectively in many aspects like channeling issues, there is no way of delivering the medicine to their door step, no opportunity of having an idea about different medicine So likely these problems are clearly addressed in this project.

If we consider about the importance of the problems it is very high because actually person’s health is the most significant wealth for any person in the world so facilitating a good platform for recovering the person’s diseases effectively and accurately without wasting time unnecessarily. This may also help in securing more lives of patients because it will help in finding doctors, channeling them easily and even the specific doctor could treat the person more accurately as they can know the background of the patient easily. So as these reasons addressing this problem and solving it is important for all the stakeholders of the project.
