Developing countries are critically facing the issue of poverty. The widespread digitalization in many developing countries is expected to result in less poverty. Subramaniam et al. (2021) find the following results of three poverty models, namely poverty of $1.90 a day, poverty of $3.20 a day, and poverty of $5.50 a day.
