Developing the project charter

Now that you and Bob have gone over the plan and ironed out some of the initial issues, tasks,

etc. it is time to make the project official. $[$For learning purposes only Note: based on

discoveries and updates that may occur as the project unfolds this Charter may need to be

revised and updated. As such we will consider the charter a $$living$$ document. Note that if

changes are made, then versions of the charter need to be created with new signatures,

updates, etc.$]$
