This assignment is designed to help the

student to understand the basics of

completing a value chain analysis, which can

help a company identify information systems

that assist in developing competitive

advantage. Complete a value chain analysis

for a company(DEWA) . Begin by looking at the Value Chain example on DEWA "Dubai Electricity and Water authoroty (it's in this section). Your analysis can be submitted in a Word document rather than a PowerPoint, and you don't need to include pictures. Your analysis must go further than the DEWA example, because you must add value to the basic value chain analysis. In particular, you need to list specific ways the value chain analysis reveals the company can do better (i.e., you need to list specific improvements and the reasoning for each improvement)
