Dexter has determined that he would like to have a house built for him. After buying the land, he meets with Tiller Contracting to draw up blue prints and create specifications of the construction. Since there isn't a written prohibition against it, Tiller Contracting contacts another contractor to complete the work for Dexter. After the work is completed, Dexter learns that the delegation took place. Although the specifications were followed, he does not believe he has to pay the remaining amount owed, because he did not approve of the delegation of duties. Questions: 1.
