Digital Consultancy Service Centre
In 2024, during the summer vacations, the College of Business Administration will launch a Digital Consultancy Service Centre (DCSC). The DCSC will be managed and operated by Year 3 MIS students from Sunday to Thursday between 10:00am to 6:00pm. The aim of the initiative is to engage small and medium enterprises (SME's) within the Eastern province with students who are specialists within the field of MIS.
There are two ways to contact DCSC; a toll-free number reaching the main headquarters on +912345678 and a messenger service via the DCSC website
www.dcsc.cba.edu.sa.
When a company calls the toll-free number, then the operator at the headquarters logs the call, enquires about the type of service required, and would then connect them to the relevant specialist. There are three divisions of specialists; 1. data and analytics, 2. networking, and 3. security. For each division of specialists there is a dedicated lab at the following locations:
Data and analytics lab located in building 600 room 6215.
Networking lab located in building 600 room 6217.
Security lab located in building A7 room 7204.
Headquarters located in building A7 room 7110.
Details about the divisional labs are as follows:
The data and analytics lab consists of 15 desktop computers and 15 tablets. Consultants are permitted to use their own devices to connect to the resources.
The networking lab has 20 desktop computers and 5 laptops. Consultants are
