In during the summer vacations, the College of Business Administration will launch a Digital Consultancy Service Centre DCSC The DCSC will be managed and operated by Year MIS students from Sunday to Thursday between :am to :pm The aim of the initiative is to engage small and medium enterprises SMEs within the Eastern province with students who are specialists within the field of MIS.
There are two ways to contact DCSC; a tollfree number reaching the main headquarters on and a messenger service via the DCSC website

When a company calls the tollfree number, then the operator at the headquarters logs the call, enquires about the type of service required, and would then connect them to the relevant specialist. There are three divisions of specialists; data and analytics, networking, and security. For each division of specialists there is a dedicated lab at the following locations:
Data and analytics lab located in building room
Networking lab located in building room
Security lab located in building A room
Headquarters located in building A room
Details about the divisional labs are as follows:
The data and analytics lab consists of desktop computers and tablets. Consultants are permitted to use their own devices to connect to the resources.
The networking lab has desktop computers and laptops. Consultants are

The security lab consists of desktop computers and laptops. Consultants are not permitted to use their own devices.
The headquarter consists of desktop computers. Operators are allowed to use their own personal devices.
The headquarters and all divisional labs have peripherals including headsets, printers, scanners, projectors, and whiteboards.
At the DCSC all calls are recorded and stored.
