Design a counter that counts in the following sequence 0-2-1-3. Design and verify the operation of the 2-bit forward counter utilizing JK flip flops in T flip flop configuration. The input equation of the 2-bit counter that can count both forward/revers (depends on U) are given below. Modify these equations as per your design to implement a Forward counter only.
