Plan: Develop a plan to implement the solution. Explain how the plan supports organizational effectiveness.
B Do: Describe the changes that the company could implement to test the solution. How can the company in the case study test the solution? What data could be collected to show the effectiveness of the changes the company implements to test the solution?

Analysis: Analyze the data produced after the company implements changes to test the solution the data collected could be qualitative or quantitative Does the data support the proposed solution to the problem? Why, or why not?
