In this milestone, you will first create a memo that outlines the investigation that you will conduct and a description of the problem you have been tasked with solving. Next, you will use the Data Analysis Checklist Template located in the Supporting Materials section to plan the steps required to understand the problem and gather the necessary data. You will be required to list the steps in the order your investigation should take place and explain the reasoning behind using those steps. For this milestone, you will complete the Checklist Investigation Steps and Data Sources sections only. In Milestone Two, due in Module Five, you will complete the Data Analysis section in the Data Analysis Checklist Template to record your research and preliminary investigation.
