Directions

This assignment continues from the previous assignment (attending school in another country). For this assignment, you will be using the MSG software to enhance your previously submitted Project Schedule. It is therefore very important that you watch the MSG instructional videos before attempting this assignment.

The following should be performed:

For each activity you enter the Start Date information as follows:

For those activities that should start on a specific date, directly enter this date into the Start Date field

For those activities that are dependent on the completion of prior activities, enter the dependency formula into the Start Date field

At least 50% of your activities must use dependency formulas

Consider your project to have progressed one month from the Schedule Start. Update the Progress field for the various activities that should either be complete (100%) or started (less than 100%)

Define at least eight (8) milestones and add them to your Project Schedule

Reminder: Do not update the End Date field (this is calculated automatically)

The completion of this assignment should be based on the concepts of this course, the textbook reading, and the direction provided by your instructor.

You must also work on this individually with no assistance or collaboration with anyone else. Submit an Excel file (MSG).
