Directions: This is for a course I need help in.

During your internship placements (preschool children), you will likely come across challenges or see practices that are not in line with best practices. You'll be asked to create at least one post about a challenge you've had or an incident or situation you've witnessed or been in that may be an example of an effective or less effective practice.

Please explain the circumstances, what happened, and why this was a challenge or example of effective or less effective practices. Be complete and reflective in your post.
