Using the data and results from Milestones One and Two, you will create a slide presentation that presents strategies based on the recruitment information developed for your company, as well as your research and recommendations for an applicant tracking system (ATS) product. Begin your project by reviewing the Company Fact Sheet located in the Supporting Materials section. Then choose three of the ATS products from the list located in the Supporting Materials section to create recommendations for technology to assist with the new recruitment initiatives. You must ensure that any feedback received in Milestones One and Two is incorporated in your presentation. Your presentation should be submitted either as a video with accompanying audio or as slides and an associated audio script. A template for a written script is located in the What to Submit section.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

    4. Learning Needs: Evaluate the learning needs of management when adding alternative workers. Consider the following questions:
      1. Are managers trained to deal with remote or hybrid employees?
      2. How will Human Resources handle complaints?
      3. How will you engage remote or hybrid employees?
      4. How will you ensure that management will provide an equitable employee experience?
    5. Workplace Equity: Assess the challenges in ensuring that the workplace is equitable for in-person, remote, and hybrid workers. Consider the following:
      1. How will the company alter their rewards for in-person, remote, and hybrid workers?
      2. How will all workers be provided with similar performance metrics and evaluations?
      3. How will the training opportunities be offered for in-person, remote, and hybrid workers?
      4. How will the company provide opportunities to join employee resource groups and attend meetings and events for all workers?
