The purpose of this activity is to come up with different ways to handle sales objections.
The seller will start off by sharing something positive about the company/product/Service something like Our network is the largest in the country and customers enjoy uninterrupted service.
Customers now should come up with an objection or an issue with what was said about the product or service, something like Actually the network is not that good, there are certain dead areas where customers get no coverage.
Now the sellerwill need to come up with a suitable way to handle this objection.
