CASE STUDY 2 Mr. A had taken a health insurance policy. After 5 years he had to undergo operation as per the recommendation of the doctor so he got admitted to the hospital approved by the health insurance company and got the pre approval from the insurance company and underwent operation. The insurance company settled the claim in favor of the hospital. The policy holder was satisfied with the service of the insurance company as he has availed cashless facility and it helped during the time of health issues
