Discuss at least two personal learnings from the statement below that you will take forwardinto other courses and your career being HR Professional ?Hi I'm just geoga answer your questions here instead just can't actually do that time so I'm gonna start from the bottom with option one would be two pieces of advice they can give to a human resources student thinking about becoming the nature of personal honestly I would make sure I pay attention really well in other classes as well not just the HR ones but to understand the HR function you have to understand the business as a whole so making sure you do really well in the accounting classes your finance classes you know and that would be definitely something that I would note and getting the practice to do simple things like present presentations and stuff like that you'd have to be pretty good at that as wellanother piece of advice would say it would be to sign up on all of the free events so ifyou can you see picture student member I believe taking their distance the student pose as well as starting started reading people adventure game and cheers and things like that and vice Provost for career it's proven to be running but I think more informationthe most challenging thing definitely is that sometimes HR has a plan sorry by the way my kids are in the background is that you might have an idea as a team for your HR or for your employees for example or the organization as a whole they're executives to understand that and align with you is probably sometimes the most toughest because they're not always easy celland that's again we're kind of the value propositions would come in with your presence and then something some real data points and again another thing you should get out is especially analyzing data excel that sort of thing and being able to recreate them is a great asset to have when you're there because a lot of the executives they want angible points and stuff to read off of to understand your value added proposition for whatever you're trying to propose or implementso l don't actually work at a company l mean I technically do or like an HR services firm and under that umbrella l'm a consultant so we've got a range of people so we've go: like a learning development specialist I'm the employment lawyer on retainer you know we've got let's see we've got a payroll person PCP I think the RCP PCP is their designation as well l've got one of those we've got a few people who are executive level as well and then a bunch of other people who are kind of generalists that can do pretty much most are things under the facet of you sureso again because I don't really have my own team per se because we're not l'm not part of like an official like organization where like I'm employed under because i work as a consultant technically there'd be no but in the whole team as it were we operate as kind of under a service umbretla and we've got sbout 15 people here and there was either people or people are off but it didn't just specific people who are under this serious umbrella
