Some people effectively lead and/or manage without holding a formal title or role. Others might have a formal leadership or management title/role but are not effective leaders or managers. Provide specific examples of both types of situations from your own experience. Discuss how the work environment and/or client outcomes were impacted positively and/or negatively.
