Discuss the legal positions of the following situations with reference to the Hire Purchase Act 1967.

(a) Ah Lan entered into a hire purchase agreement with easy pay finance for the purchase of a television set at the price of RM3, 800. The agreement was made in the Chinese Language and printed with Blue coloured ink.

(b) Sushila entered into a hire purchase agreement for a van with Syarikat Kewangan Along. The agreement was made in August 2017 and was to be completed by august 2020. In may 2020, Sushila defaulted in payment and Syarikat Kewangan Along served a notice to repossess the van 9 July 2020. On 12 August 2020, the van was reposed by Syarikat Kewangan Along.  Conclude with the advice to Sushila on the repossession.
