Discuss the topic “Cognitive Behavior Therapy”. This topic is in my opinion a key component to every outcome.

The CBT within the mental health field will be reviewed and rationalized as to why this particular theory is a mainstream for future practice. I personally am interested in finding out more through research and comparison from what has broadened as far as solution in this therapy and managed care. I also want to discuss adolescents and their depression. This research will provide a more transparent understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
