With AI, people can make advanced decisions, having widespread implications for many interconnected people, firms, countries, and other eco-systems with ease.

The benefits of AI abound in number. To begin with, it enables automation which makes processes and performances more effective overall. Decision-making is conjoined with data, trends, and analytics, making processes more intelligent and faster (real-time) across the board. Businesses can anticipate and respond to emergencies quickly. Customer service can be offered at faster rates and lower costs. Strategies can be devised and communicated much more effectively.

To capitalize on these benefits, most companies across various industries try hard to keep up with all the latest Artificial Intelligence developments. Consequently, they are seen to dedicate hefty portions of their time, effort, and investments in building advanced competencies in this area.

Advanced technologies and streamlined productions may allow for competent, pocket-friendly rates. Customer retention and acquisition will help them grab a good share of the customer base. They will remain ahead of their rivals since process and performance efficiencies will lead to better products/services and better sales and market reputation. They will have lesser threats and more opportunities on the whole. The threat of substitution, for instance, would not bother them too much - as good, well-planned, and error-controlled products/services would be hard to imitate.

Similarly, the threat of entry, perhaps, would also be lowered on account of the business' widespread popularity and customer control. No firm would want to enter such a competitive landscape. Naturally then, since rivals will be reduced considerably, there may be many suppliers to choose from. Hence, supplier bargaining may also be checked!
