Discussion 3: PEST FACTOR ANALYSIS Discussion Topic PEST is a great way to analyze the environment of a failed healthcare organization. Seek an organization via the Internet that has closed or been taken over and use the example in chapter 7. Using the Exhibit 7.2 located on pages 55 and 56, choose one environmental issue and provide a scenario from the past 5 years that has impacted a healthcare organization. With the three parts each should be two sentences at least in length. Research can be done via ACHE.com, Google, Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare organization sites as well. You can use healthcare articles, journals or newspapers but cannot date back 5 years. If you are unsure of forbidden resources review the attachment under ask the professor. Points are acquired by completing the initial post, responding to twice, one external resource reference. Using the book does not count towards reference grade. Discussions are completed during the live week, no responses are accepted after the live week ends.
