Even though we don't use Graphing Calculators for the class, having graphing tools can be very helpful when learning about different graphs. Use a graphing website, such as DESMOS, to do the following:

• Input a quadratic function that is in this form: y=a(x)2+k with two transformations, into the graphing utility. NO REPEATS!
• Input the base quadratic function (y=x2)into the graphing utility.
• Grab a screen shot or image of the two graphs together.
• Put the image into your post.
• Explain each of the transformations of your function individually, with respect to the base quadratic function.
• State the Vertex of your function.
• State the Range of your function.

Your assignment requires one reply, please do the following:

• Take another student's function and add two more transformations, leaving in the same format, making for a total of four, creating a new function. NO REPEATS!
• Input the base quadratic function (y=x2) into the graphing utility.
• Grab a screen shot or image of the two graphs together.
• Put the image into your post.
• Explain each of the transformations of your function individually, with respect to the base quadratic function, be detailed.
• State the Vertex of the new function.
• State the Range of the function.
