Discuss the role that organizational culture plays in strategy implementation.

"Organizational culture has to align with strategic implementation. When companies strategically plan out moves, their beliefs, values, and norms will be visible in those plans because they fully operate in them. For example, if a company plans out strategic moves that don't align with their values or beliefs, the plan will most likely fail because they don't believe in what they're dong. Therefore, when a company operates in their culture it is inevitable that their strategic plans will be implemented successfully."
