2. Design a start-up business plan and explain why your business would be successful. If you have personal experience with entrepreneuership, either big or small, please incorporate your first-hand knowledge.

3. Consider what you have learned so far about Managing Diverse Employees in a Multicultural Environment and Managing in the Global Environment. (This may require you to revisit last weeks instructional content.) Address one or both of these topics in your business plan.
